Job Description:

  • Conceptualize and develop engaging content ideas aligned with the brand identity for social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.

  • Capture creative and visually compelling videos that highlight the brand’s atmosphere and key selling points

  • Manage the full production process end-to-end, from planning and shooting to editing and publishing content.

  • Collaborate with the team to create content that supports brand messaging and campaign objectives.

  • Organize and maintain a library of video assets to ensure efficient reuse in future marketing campaigns.

  • Understand platform-specific content formats and best practices to optimize videos for each social media channel.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication Arts, or a related field

  • Male or female, aged 23–30 years.

  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

  • Outgoing, positive, and able to work well in a team.

  • Skilled in shooting and editing videos (both short-form and long-form).
  • Able to plan and develop content strategies that align with business objectives and effectively reach the target audience.
  • Always up to date with the latest trends, platforms, and content styles.
  • Experience in video editing, content creation, or marketing is an advantage.
  • Responsible, organized, and able to manage tasks according to timelines.
  • English communication skills are a plus and will be given special consideration.
