Store Assistant
Job Description:
Support Store Manager and work together to improve store performance process
Managing communications between key clients and internal teams
Plan and develop and execute marketing campaign or promotion.
Seller Center included list in new products
Responsible for Banner brief and setup to each campaign and optimization store design
Responsible for Finance and data support ie. monthly and campaign report also anything data needed.
Observe and solve the issue related but not limited to seller compliance to LZD, Shopee standards, Packaging guidelines, Inventory, Operational flow challenges, etc.
Qualifications:
23-35 years old
Previously experience in E-commerce or E-Commerce related industry (1 year)
Client facing but does not need to handle deal negotiation - more on the operation daily task.
Had previous knowledge/experience with Marketplace (LZD/SHOPEE/JD) preferable NOT A MUST.
Team player has been working in an international working setting.
Be able to conduct simple monthly report and giving basic analysis and recommendation.
Good level of English (communication/written skills)
Excel/ PowerPoint skills
Ability to face pressure and work longer hours (during campaign days)"
