Senior Live Stream Operations

 

Job Description:

  • Develop and implement live-streaming strategies, promotional campaigns, and sales-driven activities

  • Develop and manage monthly livestream schedules across TikTok, Shopee, and Lazada, including goal-setting and daily sales breakdowns

  • Monitor live-stream performance metrics in real time, track sales progress, and propose timely actions to close gaps and optimize engagement and sales conversion

  • Plan monthly livestream activities, including promotional gameplay, testing new tools, and audience engagement strategies

  • Optimize livestream layout and atmosphere according to campaign objectives and monthly plans

  • Collaborate with platform representatives to secure additional exposure opportunities and resources

  • Analyze and adjust product ordering in the livestream cart based on performance and consumer feedback

  • Test and evaluate new products and tools on livestream platforms, providing timely feedback and improvement suggestions

  • Manage and maintain live-streaming equipment to ensure smooth operation

  • Lead and supervise the live-streaming team, including hosts and operations staff, and propose performance optimization plans based on data and real-time feedback

  • Provide product and communication training to livestream hosts, including preparation for new product launches

  • Ensure compliance with platform policies regarding account ratings, dress code, language, and presentation standards

  • Oversee livestream page content accuracy and adjust scripts, product focus, and promotional mechanisms in real time
  • Collect, analyze, and report livestream data weekly and monthly to evaluate impact on GMV and customer engagement
  • Perform other duties as assigned


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Media, Marketing, Communications, or a related field

  • Male or female, aged 27–35 years

  • 3–5 years of experience in e-commerce or livestream project management (experience with marketplaces such as Lazada, Shopee, TikTok, or related platforms is a plus)

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders

  • Proactive, solution-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
  • Demonstrated leadership, organizational, and project management skills
  • Able to prepare monthly reports and provide performance insights
  • Capable of working under pressure and delivering results
  • Proficient in Chinese, both written and spoken
