Project Manager (Chinese speaking)

Job Description:

• Sales Management: Oversee live GMV (Gross Merchandise Volume) and ensure the team meets sales targets.

• Real-Time Data Analysis: Monitor live broadcast performance and make timely adjustments based on real-time data.
  Follow up on the effectiveness of these adjustments.

• Periodic Data Analysis: Conduct weekly and monthly data analyses to identify issues and adjustment directions for the live room.

• Plan Development: Develop live room plans, including scheduling for live sessions and anchors, and test interactive mechanisms.

• Resource Communication: Coordinate with platform account managers (AM) to obtain more resources.

• Team Training: Conduct regular product training for the live team and facilitate sales skills sharing meetings among hosts.
  

Qualifications:

• Experience with TIKTOK

• Age 25-35 years

• Can communicate in Chinese very well.

• Have a good attitude like learning be creative Able to work well with others

• Be responsible in your duties

• Can handle pressure well, is patient, and has meticulous attention to detail.
