E-commerce Supervisor / E-commerce Manager

 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Plan, manage, and oversee all online store operations, campaigns, and daily activities to ensure alignment with client objectives, sales KPIs, and customer satisfaction.

  • Build and maintain strong business relationships with brands, clients, and suppliers to support long-term business growth.

  • Analyze market trends, customer purchasing behavior, sales performance, and product performance to identify growth opportunities and optimize business strategies.

  • Plan and execute marketing campaigns, promotional activities, and onsite/offsite marketing initiatives while managing the marketing budget to maximize return on investment (ROI).

  • Manage product assortment, inventory levels, and overall marketplace operations while ensuring compliance with marketplace standards (e.g., Lazada and Shopee), including packaging, inventory accuracy, and operational processes.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Operations, Marketing, and Category Management, to resolve operational issues and ensure smooth execution of business plans.

  • Lead, supervise, and develop the e-commerce team by setting performance goals, assigning tasks, monitoring progress, providing coaching, and driving continuous improvement to achieve business objectives..

  • Proactively recommend and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and support business growth.

  • Oversee the operational performance of the Live Streaming team, providing direction and support to ensure effective execution of live streaming activities.

  • Perform other duties as assigned.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Sales, or a related field.

  • Age between 28 and 35 years.

  • Good command of spoken and written English or Chinese.

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in managing and operating online stores (E-commerce) on marketplace platforms such as Lazada, Shopee, or other related platforms.

  • Strong knowledge of online store management, product assortment, promotional planning, and sales performance analysis.
  • Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage, motivate, coach, and develop a team effectively.
  • Excellent communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel, and the ability to translate data into actionable business insights.
