Job Description:

  • Communicating with customers through Shopee, Lazada chat system or via phone (In case of urgent matter).

  • Coordinate the work within the Customer Service team to be smooth and effective. Monitoring, collecting information in case of customer complaints of any issue from the product, solving problems, and always, reporting progress to the team leader.

  • Understand and can suggest products to customers with confidence and in using the product Including being able to generate more sales for the company.

  • Skill in learning, positive thinking, calm, thorough, careful, ready to learn, and always develop yourself.

  • Pay attention to customer satisfaction. Make an impression on returning to use the service again. and received the highest evaluation in the shop rating.

  • Dedicated to working comply with the company's regulations never work late or absent from work for unknown reasons.

 

Qualifications:

  • High level of communication and relationship building in a professional, positive, and kind manner.

  • Communicate effectively in written and verbal.

  • Experience in Customer Service, Product Knowledge, Quality Focus, Problem Solving skills.

  • Ability to learn quickly.

  • Able to work well as part of a team.

  • Able to work a shifts

  • Creative and resourceful thinking for best customer solutions.
