Store Manager

 

Job Description:

  • Plan overall activities and campaigns of online stores and responsible for operations of clients to achieve sales KPI and customer satisfaction.

  • Lead analysis of market data, product trends, customer shopping trends to access growth opportunities.

  • Analyzing sales trends and insights to identify appropriate product selection the platform.

  • Plan and develop and execute marketing campaign or promotion.

  • Observe and solve the issue related but not limited to seller compliance to LZD, Shopee standards, Packaging guidelines, Inventory, Operational flow challenges, etc.

 

Qualifications:

  • 26-35 years old

  • Previously experience in E-commerce or E-Commerce related industry (1-2 year)

  • Client facing but does not need to handle deal negotiation - more on the operation daily task

  • Had previous knowledge/experience with Marketplace (LZD/SHOPEE/JD) preferable NOT A MUST

  • Team player has been working in an international working setting.

  • Be able to conduct simple monthly report and giving basic analysis and recommendation

  • Good level of English communication/written skills (Chinese is plus)

  • Excel/ PowerPoint skills (Excel test will be provided after 1st round of interview)

  • Ability to face pressure and work longer hours (during campaign days)"
